This small home is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Saint Gilles in Brussels. The house was in a derelict state and needed to be fully renovated. The clients, a young couple, wanted to fully refurbish the property in a contemporary manner, restructuring all the spaces and adding an important extension on the back of the house. The front façade is partially replaced by a 2 story glass curtain wall offering privileged perspectives and an abundance of natural light.
