The site is on a beautiful street angle next to the “Arche du Cinquantenaire”.
Historically, the 30 meter plus façade was various smaller town houses with different heights.
The project uses the roof as a way of “stitching” the various buildings together. Instead of having a homogenous flat continuity, the idea was to maintain the articulation of the façades with a visually dynamic element.
The ground floor is a restaurant open onto the main boulevard and the building hosts 8 prestigious appartements.
